We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases abd to personalize your shopping experience.

Retail customers: All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the Buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Wholesale customers: All invoices of the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller. In the event of late payment, the Seller may charge interest on the amount outstanding before and after judgment. If any amount of the invoice is disputed by the Buyer, the Buyer shall inform the Seller of the grounds for such dispute within seven days of delivery of the goods and shall pay to the Seller the value of the invoice less the disputed amount in accordance with these payment terms.
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability,
Shipping will be paid for by the Buyer in the amount agreed upon by the Seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the Buyer by the Seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please note that the carrier may choose to inspect the package for damage, in which case, the refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
We do not ship outside the United States.

We charge $3.00 per shipment to cover packaging & processing fees, you will never be charged more than what is stated at the time of checkout.
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses located in Mississippi (the state where Hillside Vineyard holds a presence). For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint within 3 days of delivery. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item has been opened, it cannot be considered for a refund.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Hillside Vineyard & Berry Farm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Hillside Vineyard & Berry Farm shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hillside Vineyard & Berry Farm will issue a refund to your card for the entire amount.
